STYLEKK.com who specialize in producing high-quality fashion apparels and accessories are committed to making on-line retail an enjoyable and simple experience.

Placing an Order
Ordering on line is easy. You simply add the items you require in your shopping basket by clicking on Add to Shopping Bag whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the My Shopping Bag button. Once you have found all the items you need and you click to go to the checkout to pay for your purchases, You will register your account using your email and choosing a password or you can login using your login information if you have created it before. After this you will be asked to give us details of the billing and the shipping address. When you have completed these details you will be transferred to the order page.

You can choose from Google Checkout or Paypal for transaction. Once you decide to go ahead with the purchase you will be transferred to Google Check out or PayPal.com’s secure server using SSL Technology based on your selection. This is to ensure that you shop safely and securely and have peace of mind. Any information given by you on these secure pages, such as your credit card details, will not be available to any of us at STYLEKK.com. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorized through PayPal.com or Google Checkout.

Before clicking on the Complete Purchase button on the Final Review of Order page you must have read, understood and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.

Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.

STYLEKK.com makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions, photographs and videos provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, STYLEKK.com cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Payment
STYLEKK.com currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, America Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB. All derivatives of these brands are also supported.

In additional to credit and debit cards, we also accept payments through MoneyBookers, Western Union, MoneyGram and Bank Wire Transfers.

Clerical Errors
STYLEKK.com use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that all information on this web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical, technical or pricing error, STYLEKK.com shall have the right to refuse to accept any order/s or cancel any contract/s to supply such product/s whether or not the order/s has/ve been confirmed and the credit card/s has/ve been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled for this reason STYLEKK.com shall issue a credit to that credit card in the amount of the incorrect price within 5 days of noticing the error.

Delivery time frame for garments
Generally, outfits are available for delivery in the below mentioned times. For more accurate turnaround time info or priority order service please contact customer service and we will be able to help you.

For Bridal Dress from order to deliver the time taken will be around 30-40 days.
For Party/ Casual/ Formal Dresses from order to deliver the time taken will be around 15- 20 days.

These are only estimated time frames and may very during seasonal workload and peak periods. Final delivery time will depend on the product you are buying. Please contact customer service for more information on delivery time frame before placing your order.

Express shipping service
We use FedEx and DHL to ship to virtually any address in the world between 2 - 4 working days from the date of dispatch. Generally all orders are dispatched from our warehouse between 3 - 40 days (depending on the product you are buying) except when there is a delay during seasonal workload and peak periods. STYLEKK cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit or unexpected delays during manufacturing, however we shall notify you if we are aware of any foreseeable delays, in which case we will offer you an alternative product or a refund.

Shipping Charges
These are applied per product and vary from country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the Final Review of Your Order page, before you pay for the good. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges.

During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Customs/Duties/Taxes
When ordering goods from STYLEKK.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from STYLEKK.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Returns Policy for Garments
Garment orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email, phone or fax. STYLEKK will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs and record videos of each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we'll offer you a free fix.

Order Amendment:
Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

Governing law
These conditions of sale and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction.
